Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress who is also a published author. She first appeared in soap operas such as One Life to Live and Guiding Light. In later years, she played a various support roles. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in the Bronx area of New York) is an American actress and singer. Navedo began her acting career by playing actresses in soap operas for daytime TV. She was on the show as Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 to 1998. Then, in 1999, Shesa Sandoval joined on the CBS drama Guiding Light. In 1996 she made her debut on film, playing a small part in Girl 6. She then was seen on New York Undercover episodes and The District. In 2001 Navedo was a co-star in the action-comedy movie Double Take and the following year was the drama Washington Heights. Navedo was a part of NBC's crime drama Law & Order for a recurring part as detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. He starred later in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo appeared in a number of movies, such as El Cantante (The Cantante) as well as Remember Me. Navedo is also one of the regular characters in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast! is a film in which Navedo starred. The parody film of The Fast and the Furious series was released in 2015. Navedo began her professional acting career with the daytime soaps.
